We had lunch here today. It’s my first experience here & everything was just ok. The food was hot & tasty. Its a nice looking restaurant and everything was clean. I was disappointed with the beverage selection, no Coke Zero was available, the tea was so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. But no one seemed to mind.

No wonder Kuya J has been an all time fave. We ordered a solo caldereta, bangus ala pobre with sotanghon. Its superb.
-
the store was clean and the staff is very welcoming, we ordered the bulalo although it was salty it was the best part of our meal. And for the tiramisu it was good but i though it would be soft and not hard, but overall great experience.

Look at the picture and see how I destroyed the crispy pata. I broke the tibia/fibula from the ankle and started devouring all but the bones. The people next to me was staring either in awe or disgust but i did not care. The glass of coke did not stand a chance either. "Kershlunk, kershlunk" says the Coke as it implores to be refilled once again. No one could break my focus when i am feasting on good food. I considered it a conversation between different species and inanimate objects. I was outside space and time. Thank you little pig for your sacrifice. I will live a good life to honor you. Side note: This is probably the best tasting crispy pata in these parts of Manila. Thank you Kuya J for the buy 1 take 1 promo. Two thumbs (or hooves) up!

Our 1st time there. The service and food was very good. As a foreigner I like the beef calderetta. On our 2,ND visit I hate to say it. But the service was shit. Good good as always. Except when you order a starter it should come out first. Mine came out with the dinner. And was only lukewarm. They forgot out coffees as well..
